Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CYBER TERRA, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge technology and premium service. We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our policies to be as transparent as possible.
1. Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please note the following:
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at no cost within 12 hours of placement or before it has been handed over to our delivery partner. Please email info@cyberterra.ae immediately with your Order Number.
- After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched and a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you must follow the Return Process outlined below (Section 2), and original shipping fees will not be refundable.
2. Return Eligibility
- To maintain the quality of our electronics, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following strict conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same "factory-sealed" condition as received.
- Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from CYBER TERRA is required.
- Unboxing Video: For claims regarding items "Damaged on Arrival" or "Missing Components," a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Activated software or products with broken security seals.
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., in-ear headphones/earbuds) once the seal is broken.
- Custom-built PCs or modified hardware.
- Digital gift cards and downloadable products.
3. The Return Process
Initiate: Email info@cyberterra.ae with your Order Number and photos of the sealed product.
- Authorization: If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return warehouse address.
- Shipment: Pack the item securely. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; CYBER TERRA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
4. Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received, our technicians will inspect the item to ensure it meets our "Resale Condition" standards.
- Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Usually take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.
- Note: Original shipping charges and any customs duties/VAT paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged)
We only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a faulty unit, contact us at info@cyberterra.ae within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video.
- Once the defect is verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

6. International Returns
For customers outside the UAE:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, export/import duties, and taxes incurred during the return process.
Refunds will only be processed for the product value, excluding all original and return logistical costs.
